Due to the nature of our production (custom and made-to-order) ,MétaFormose does not accept cancellation of an order once it is being placed and paid for. If customer wishes to cancel a non-custom product after the order is placed, please get in touch with us within 24 hours after the order is being placed,after that, a customer must pay for 50% cancellation charge.No cancellation is allowed after the order is shipped.


If you wish to amend your contact info/ delivery info before we ship your order, please get in 

touch with us. Customers are entitled to one chance to change the delivery/shipping details at no extra charge. Please contact us if you need to amend the delivery details.

Out-of-stock/discontinued items

In such cases, MétaFormose will notify the customers via email in the first instance and a full refund will be issued within 48-72 hours of the notice.


Return & Exchange of goods:


All shipment is subjected to the strictest quality control before we send them on their ways. However, mistakes happen and we will take full responsibility if we sent you the wrong item, or mix up the order in any way. Should you find faults and defects on the item, please send the item back to us within 15 calendar days of receiving the goods(excluding the day of receipt.). All items should be returned in its original packaging and its tags (if there's one) intact. We will proceed to issue a full refund upon receiving the returned goods, including the return postage.(please send the return items with any shipping method of your choice as long as it is registered,insured, and comes with a tracking number. However, if you are dissatisfied with the items for any subjective reasons that MétaFormose cannot be held accountable for (e.g. item fails to meet expectations, bigger or smaller than expected despite of correct sizing info,etc),MétaFormose will not be able to offer free returns, the customers will be asked to pay for the return postage
in this instance.Note that we don't accept returns/exchanges for non-defective customized goods.You may return them to have them altered for free. Please contact us if you need to return custom clothing for alterations.



We don't accept returns for all final-sale/custom items including intimate clothing (such as underwears and swimsuits), made-to-order items (including bespoke / customised wedding gowns), beauty products,print materials unless the item is defective.


 All returns MUST meet the following description:

  • Unworn & Unwashed with tags in place
  • All accessories must be included (i.e., belts, etc.)
  • No perfume or other scents
  • No human or animal hair
  • No rips or tears, and no other signs of being worn.
  • All original packaging and hangers must be included
  • Postage must be paid for before it comes back to us
  • Items must be returned within 15 days.

Failure to return merchandise as listed above will result in the return being rejected. You will be contacted via phone and/or email in case of return rejection. Your return will be sent back to a shipping address, and you will be charged a $10 rejection processing fee, on top of the postage for all rejected returns.

How to return

International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, as long as it's trackable. Please label the return parcel as a gift with value of 20 USD. You may return the items postmarked within 15 calendar days of receipt. Please return item in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags and labels attached and intact. Shoes should be returned with the original shoe box, free of damage and postal labels. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. We recommend using a trackable and insured service as we are not responsible for loss or damage of the item during delivery.Return address is as follows.
