MétaFormose offers a flat-rate worldwide shipping option that comes with a tracking number. We also offer free worldwide shipping for orders order 300 USD. For orders under 300 USD,the full shipping rate will be calculated and displayed during checkout.For shipping to China,H.K,and Macao, ship via SF exress COD service, which means customer will need to pay for the shipping upon delivery.For the rest of the world,we use regular registered airmail as our primary shipping method and we also offer EMS as our primary express shipping carrier.All shipment comes with a tracking number and postal insurance. Total waiting time varies from country to country, but as a rule of thumb, do allow at least 10-25 working days for all international delivery, that is ,10 days for ready-to-ship items and 25-40 days for pre-order items(including custom-made and made-to-order items). Please note that for all orders containing pre-order items(including custom-made and made-to-order items),a tracking number will only be issued after items arrive in our depot in Taipei for a final transfer onto its destination. Please also note that we don't ship to APO/FPO or PO Box addresses at this time.

Custom Duties / Taxes
Regardless of its destination, all international shipments may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country, which then might results in shipment delays.Unfortunately, MétaFormose has absolutely no control over these charges or delays. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for more details. If the customer refuses to pay these import fees, in most cases the shipment will be abandoned in the destination country and destroyed by Customs or the carrier. In this case, Métaformose will be unable to issue a refund to the customer’s credit card for the purchase or shipping. In the case of the shipment being redirected back to us, we will then proceed to issue a refund to the customer after a 15 USD administration fee has been paid for.
