Made with delicate dobby dot fabric, this blouse features high pleated collar, full-length puff sleeves gathered at pleated cuffs,gathered shoulder, pintucked detailing at back, button fastenings at front. There is a snag on the front which we’ve mended, please convo us for close-up photo. The button on the bottom is missing. Ships in 3-5 business days.
