Made-to-Order & Returns

Most of our pieces are made to order and crafted especially for you — therefore they are final sale and non-returnable. All vintage items are also sold as is and are non-returnable.

Colour may vary slightly due to individual screen settings and lighting differences. To reduce waste, most made-to-order items do not come with size or care tags — please refer to the product description for sizing information and contact us before purchasing if you have any questions.

If we make a mistake (e.g. wrong size, style, or colour), please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order — we will make it right and cover any return postage required.

 

Shipping & Delivery

All domestic and international orders are dispatched via standard postal services. If you prefer a premium courier service, we’re happy to arrange this for an additional fee — please contact us before placing your order.

Once a parcel has left our studio, it is in the care of the delivery carrier. We are not liable for packages lost in transit or marked as delivered but not located by the recipient. If a parcel is returned to us (e.g. due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed), shipping fee will be required for resending.


Shipping Update for U.S. Customers

Effective August 26, 2025, we will no longer ship to the United States via postal mail. All U.S. orders will be fulfilled exclusively through express courier services such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL, which is available at a premium fee. The shipping fee auto-calculated at checkout no longer applies to US-bound shipment. For inquiries or to receive a delivery fee estimate, please contact us directly.

Additionally, beginning August 29, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time, all U.S.-bound orders will be subject to full duties, taxes, and import procedures, regardless of item price, origin, or shipping method.

What this means for our U.S customers

  • Private couriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL): Full customs clearance and applicable duties begin immediately.

 

Importer Identification Number Required

To process your shipment, you must provide an Importer Identification Number at checkout:

  • SSN (individuals)
  • EIN (businesses)
  • CBP Assigned Number (for those without SSN/EIN)

⚠️ Orders placed without this information may face significant delays or be returned.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees once they arrive in your country. These are not included in our prices and must be paid by the recipient. Please check with your local customs office if you are unsure of possible charges.


Packaging & Sustainability

We are committed to reducing our environmental impact. Orders are packed using eco-friendly materials, including an unbleached linen dust bag designed to protect your item in transit — we encourage you to wash and reuse it. Every small choice helps minimize waste and carbon emissions.
